This new HOBBYWING XeRun XR8 PRO G2 ESC is ideal for many 1/8 scale on-road and off-road applications including truggy racing. With nearly 30 adjustable parameters including Throttle PWM Frequency, Brake Frequency, Softening Value / Range Boost / Turbo Timing and much more than can be tailored to any driving style and track surface. Designed to work in full-sensored mode at all times when paired with compatible HOBBYWING motors such as the G3 series 1/8 scale motors. Versatile Advanced Boost and Turbo Timing technology offers up to 48 degrees of Boost and Turbo timing when paired with the new HOBBYWING 4268/4274 G3 motors. This results in an increase of 50% more performance than the previous G2 series motor keeping you way ahead of the competition! With the HOBBYWING OTA programmer (sold separately) and a smartphone with the HOBBYWING HW Link V2 App installed the user can program parameters, upgrade firmware and check relevant data of the ESC. Real Time Data Logging function enables checking of Throttle, Voltage, Current, Temperature RPM and other data within real-time operation of ESC and motor. Fire-new Communication Protocol greatly improves speed of setting parameters and upgrading firmware. The data transmission speed is increased 2 times when paired with the LCD G2 Program Box, and 3-4 times faster when paired with the OTA Programmer (LCD G2 Program Box and OTA Programmer sold separately). A powerful built-in switch mode 15A BEC with adjustable voltage from 6-8.4V (in 0.1V steps) allows the use of various standard and high voltage servos. And finally, Capacitor Thermal Protection prevents capacitors from exploding due to overload.
